Since November, there have been two sets of Regular Problem Solving Classes for Year 12 A level Mathematics students running from Queen Mary University and Kingston University. These are such popular events that both courses are full with 35 and 30 students respectively attending regularly. Another of these courses, running at UCL and starting in January, is already fully booked! There is also a course taking place at the university of Geenwich on the 15th January which is still available to attend.

On these courses, students tackle difficult problems, including some from the MAT entrance exam for Oxford University on topics such as ‘Digits and Divisibility’ and ‘Combinatorics’. This takes place in a relaxed and supportive environment, encouraged by a range of expert problem-solving leads. Due to the popularity of these events, we will be hosting a fourth course starting in March. Also look out for our Year 13 courses supporting students with STEP.
