On 19th June, a group of teachers gathered at NCVO in London to spend a day developing their technology skills, focusing on identifying ways to enhance learning through integrating technology into their classrooms. They investigated strategies and ideas to use immediately in their classrooms to develop their students’ skills, and had opportunities to consider how these concepts and resources could be embedded in professional practice and contribute towards a curriculum intent document.
The teachers enjoyed the day and found it useful, commenting that it was great to have the chance to discuss ideas with other teachers and the time to try things out, and that the student-focused technology tasks were particularly useful as teachers could immediately use them in their classroom.
