Are you a teacher or head of sixth form who wishes to gain clear information about how best to support your students to successfully transition to undergraduate study?
Our Next Steps for Your A level Students is a free two-day course that answers this question and much more.
The course will run twice, once in April and again in June, via Zoom.
Some of the topics we will cover over the two sessions:
- University expectations for mathematical understanding in a variety of undergraduate degrees
- Admissions Assessments for Universities
- Widen student experience of mathematics
- Supporting students in their transition to university mathematics
The course is free for teachers working in state-funded schools, colleges and academies. Each session will be held after school hours, 15.30 – 18.00, to make it accessible to as many teachers as possible.
