This term we organised and ran Maths Picnics for six schools in the region. These picnics are in-school enrichment events for between 10 and 20 teams of three or four Year 9 students, similar in structure to the Maths Feasts & Senior Team Maths Challenge events. The Picnic features a number of problem-solving rounds, which were well received by students, who found them “challenging, but interesting and fun!” If you are interested in hosting similar events at approximately the same time next year, please get in touch.
