This term the KS5 Teacher Network at UCL met to explore teaching and learning strategies for Vector and 3-D Space, now in the compulsory Pure component of Year 1 Further Mathematics. It is a challenging topic but, among 11 teachers and the session leader (myself), we had plenty of expertise that informed very useful discussions on different ways of approaching vector geometry problems. We also collected classroom resources and shared them in a dropbox.
There were some very positive comments from the participants:
