The University of Oxford is seeking to appoint an Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP) Area Coordinator to work across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This is a part-time fixed term post until 30 April 2020, with the possibility to extend subject to funding agreement. The University hopes to have someone in post from 1 September 2019.
Area Coordinators provide tailored support for schools and colleges on a local scale, working with leadership and maths departments to improve provision for level 3 maths. The successful applicant will be employed by the AMSP’s local partner institution – in this case, the University of Oxford.
You can find out more about the role on the University’s website, or for an informal discussion you can contact Will Warne (Regional Lead for the South). The closing date for applications is Monday 15 July at midday.
