Summary

Unlock the power of Desmos in your classroom …

“The course was BRILLIANT – I had no idea how much more I would easily be able to do on Desmos.”

The Desmos graphing calculator is a free tool that can be used on a number of different devices: laptops, tablets or phones. In these live online webinars, we will look at how the effective use of Desmos can help to deepen students’ understanding of a range of different mathematics topics at both GCSE and A level.

The webinars will support you in developing your use of the Desmos graphing calculator or the Desmos geometry tool. These are very easy-to-use tools that will help you to integrate the use of technology into both your GCSE and A level mathematics lessons.

Every webinar will include graphing calculator/geometry skills and a discussion of how this will help students develop their understanding of the chosen topic.

“Excellent explanations of the required skills and time to practice them. Well planned activities and access to amazing resources”

This webinar series is only open for live attendance to teachers working in state-funded schools or colleges in the UK. However, recordings of all the sessions will be available on this page approximately one month after each event
