Teaching Maths at a PRU
OnlineOverview
Teaching maths at a Pupil Referral Unit (or in any Alternative Provision setting) has its own challenges, including often trying to teach to a small mixed ability GCSE class.
In this short session we will look at some pedagogical approaches and task designs that might work well in such a setting, allowing all pupils to access the content whilst still providing stretch and challenge for those in the class that need or like it.
