Our approach to GCSE resitsOnline
The Kent and Medway Maths Conference is an annual event where the AMSP and the Kent and Medway Maths Hub come together to provide outstanding professional development opportunities for teachers of maths in Kent and Medway. The conference is taking place online this year and is running as a series of twilight workshops. This event is one of those workshops.
About the presenter
Sarah Morgan is the Director of Mathematics for the EKC Group. The EKC Group consists of five further education colleges and three business units that serve the communities of East Kent. They are proud to be a Centre for Excellence for mathematics and their role is to develop and trial maths teaching approaches, and share good practice across the EKC Group colleges, and their Network partners.
Who will benefit from attending?
Teachers of students resitting GCSE mathematics will find this workshop beneficial. Some of the strategies that will discussed will be applicable to key stage 4.
