This course is aimed at A level Further Mathematics teachers who want to make more effective use of technology in the classroom. The use of GeoGebra will be explored for both teaching ideas and student tasks.

Aims

  • To improve your skills in using GeoGebra in the teaching of A level Further Mathematics.
  • To explore students activities for using technology.

Who will benefit from attending?

This course is suitable for all teachers of A level Further Mathematics. No previous experience of using GeoGebra is expected. 

Content

  • An introduction to using GeoGebra
  • How to create basic files for teaching
  • Student tasks for using GeoGebra

Materials and Equipment

Delegates are requested to bring a wifi enabled laptop.
