An exciting Year 10 Enrichment Day will take place at the University of Bradford on Friday 30 November.
‘Taking Maths Further’ will extend students’ experiences beyond GCSE Mathematics, aiming to inspire them to study maths post-16. Across five sessions, students will explore a mixture of topics such as the maths of a Rubik’s Cube, the Mobius Strip and exploring alternative geometries, plus an exciting session on ‘How Not Doing Maths Can Get You Killed’!
All students will be included in the final session, a ‘Juggling Patterns’ talk by Colin Wright. Keep an eye out for our future enrichment activities!
