An eight-week programme of problem-solving events began on Wednesday 30 January at Hill House School in Doncaster. The first session was well attended by schools and colleges from the local area, with Hill House putting on transport for some of the pupils to sure they could access the class.
The problem-solving class was fabulously run by associate Alan Barker, travelling a long way especially to deliver the sessions. He will be tag teaming with Peter Mitchell, who will cover the other weeks of the course.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon using and applying all of their geometry knowledge, and can’t wait to return next week!
