Back in January, the AMSP and the University of Bath came together to host an enrichment event for female Year 8 and 9 students. The busy day began with Zoe Griffiths making smoke rings and explaining the maths behind them. After this, students took part in workshops and had a chance to quiz our panel in a Q&A with female undergraduates, academics and professionals.
The final talk of the day was from Dr Emily Grossman, who shared some of her personal experiences and showed us why we shouldn’t believe everything you read in the papers!
