In recent months, Area Coordinators from the North East region have been invited to deliver staff training to several schools. We offered resources and support, and explored innovative ways of designing and delivering a curriculum around reasoning and problem solving.
The schools found the support helpful and, most importantly, invited us to return to support them further. We have focused on Sequences and Quadratic Sequences in recent sessions, and aim to deliver sessions based around Ratio in the coming months. We’re aware of how difficult it can be for teachers to get out of schools for professional development opportunities, so if you’re interested in our in-school support please get in touch!
