Our technology professional development course, Raising Confidence with Technology, will be rolled out to new venues across the country in summer 2019.
This one-day course is designed to develop technology skills for secondary teachers, with a focus on Higher Tier GCSE topics. The content is fully transferrable across all aspects of maths teaching. There will be an opportunity to share ideas and strategies for working with students and technology, and delegates can create bespoke files to support their classes.
This follows a successful run of Raising Confidence with Technology in 2018. Delegates who attended these courses should not reapply as the content is unchanged.
Teachers from state-funded schools and colleges can attend this course for free, with an additional subsidy of £100 offered subject to engagement and completion of the course. Schools and colleges located within Priority Areas are eligible to receive a further subsidy of £150 to support staff cover and travel costs.
