The Work Group is the model of professional development used in most Maths Hubs projects. Implicit in the Work Group’s timeline is the space and opportunity for participating teachers to influence and lead change in their own schools and departments.
In the North East region, we have two Maths Hubs which offer several Work Groups to choose from for professional development – the Great North Maths Hub serves the North of the region, and the Archimedes Maths Hub serves the South of the region.
