In January 2022, our Live Online Professional Development (LOPD) courses will return, enabling you to take part in professional development from your choice of location and without having to take whole days away from school or college. We’re offering courses for teachers of GCSE Mathematics, AS and A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, and/or Core Maths.
All of our LOPD courses aim to help maths teachers to develop their teaching with confidence. You can now apply for the following courses:

- A level Maths: Pure (Year 2)
- AS and A level Maths: Mechanics
- AS Maths: Pure Absolute Beginners
- AS Maths: Pure Improvers
- AS and A level Maths: Statistics
- Higher GCSE topics through mathematical thinking
- Key Stage 5 Coordinator Development
- Core Maths foundations
Our LOPD courses consist of weekly sessions delivered by an experienced tutor in a browser-based online classroom. We encourage participating teachers to interact with each other during the sessions, enabling you to form connections with others who teach the same subject as you.
All teachers are eligible for these courses, however free places are available only to teachers in state-funded schools, colleges and academies in England. Applications for free places will be checked to verify eligibility. The course fees can be found on the individual course pages.
