Professional development needs of teachers from under-represented groups

ResearchOpens a new window shows that teachers from ethnic minority backgrounds are under-represented in maths leadership positions.

As part of our work at the AMSP, we're looking at ways that we could support maths teachers from under-represented groups, and we'd like to understand the barriers that may be preventing colleagues from progressing further into school leadership positions. Your feedback will help us to understand the landscape and the support needed.
