Cumbria And Lancashire Mathematics (CALM) online teacher network

A look at Variation Theory

Overview

CALM is here to give opportunities for teachers of mathematics, through an online teacher network, to hold discussions about what works, what doesn't, what's happening, what should be happening and how best AMSP should be supporting schools and pupils in Cumbria and Lancashire. Anyone who teaches secondary or post-16 mathematics should find something of interest here.

We meet online, roughly each month, usually in the afternoon, for an hour or so each time.

Content

Experience an hour of CALM as we learn about Variation Theory with Jenny Gatley (St Joseph's Catholic High School, Workington).

There will also be an opportunity to exchange news and find out about the AMSP events and CPD courses available in 2022.
