The AMSP presents a day of problem-solving activities, focusing on post-16 mathematics, for maths ITT students at the University of Cumbria.
Aims
- Develop and enhance participants' understanding of problem-solving;
- Introduce MAT, TMUA and STEP and explore some problems seen in those papers;
- Give teachers the opportunity to work on some complex problems;
- Provide suggestions for suitable teaching resources.

ITT students studying secondary mathematics should benefit from attending this course.
