Maths Jam Worcester

Worcester

Overview

Hosted by the mathematics team at Christopher Whitehead Language College, this is a short series of maths problem-solving sessions designed

  • to give students the confidence and desire to continue taking maths post-16;
  • to offer students a sense of the richness of mathematics;
  • to allow students to have fun and experience the benefits of tackling challenging mathematics

An opportunity for your Year 10 and Year 11 students to work collaboratively on and enjoy interesting mathematics outside the GCSE curriculum.

It is expected that students will commit to attending the three sessions.
