Keele Teacher Network

Support for year 11 and year 12 students. How has the first half-term gone?

The Keele Teacher Network is an AMSP-funded project, allowing teachers of GCSE & A level Mathematics to meet, collaborate and share best practice, and hear from expert presenters. We meet approximately termly and the programme is mainly speaker-led training events and may include informal sessions.

Keele and Telford Online Network meeting.

Supporting Year 11 and Year 12 students.

This meeting gives teachers across Stoke, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Telford the opportunity to discuss their experiences of the first half-term and to share ideas for the coming months.

There will be a particular focus on the needs and support for year 11 and year 12 students.

Tracey Lewis from Westwood College in Leek and Chris Luther from Shrewsbury Sixth Form College will be sharing their experiences and ideas, but we hope everyone attending will be able to contribute.

As this will be an interactive session we recommend that to get the most from the discussion you will need a microphone available and a webcam would enable even better communication.

The meeting will give the opportunity for people to share experiences, ideas and successes, and to seek advice from colleagues.
