Essex Mathematics Teacher Network

Discussion time comparing 2021/22 plans, opportunities, contingencies, and online and textbook resources for KS5

Overview

The Essex Mathematics Teacher Network is an AMSP-funded project allowing teachers of maths to meet, collaborate and to share professional development. We meet three times per year and the programme is a mixture of informal sessions and speaker-led training events.

Content

We are hoping to meet face to face and share updates on online resources and textbooks we have being using for KS5.  A few new ideas and techniques for online student work will be demonstrated. There will also be the opportunity to exchange views on developments in schools this term.

If necessary the event will be moved online.

Materials and Equipment

Please feel free to bring along any resources you have been using including web addresses for online material you may wish to demonstrate.
