- To consider in detail two areas in Logic and Reasoning
- To reflect on how and when you might use this material, together with questions from TMUA and MAT papers, with your classes.
University admissions tests are no longer just for 'high-fliers' - all potential A grade students (as well as A* ones) will benefit from preparing for these exams. In this meeting we will look at the Logic and Reasoning content for the TMUA and consider ways of using the material with your students, noting that this will be equally useful for use with potential STEP and MAT students.
Alexandra will follow on from her session on Admissions Tests in June but you don't need to have attended that one.
This meeting is suitable for any Maths teacher. It is primarily for teachers from Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire, but other teachers are welcome if there is space.
