University Admissions Tests Teacher Conference - Session 1 - MATOnline
This online conference is split over two days - 23rd June and 24th June. Please note that you will have to book each session separately.
Mathematics university admissions tests present a challenge to both teachers and students as they requires a higher level of mathematical experience than A Level examinations.
This online conference, which is split over two sessions, is a unique opportunity for maths teachers to meet representatives for STEP, TMUA and MAT and gain clear information about the mathematical expectations of the admissions tests from the source.
This first session focuses on exploring requirements for MAT.
The second session focuses on exploring the requirements for STEP and TMUA. To book for this session, please click here.
- To provide clear information about university expectations for mathematical understanding in the mathematics admissions tests
- To offer teachers the opportunity to liaise with the representative for MAT
- To offer guidance on how teachers can support their students prepare for the admissions tests

Thursday 24th June
