Tips and Tricks for Equation Editing in Microsoft

Overview

The East of England Mathematics Teacher Network is an AMSP-funded project allowing teachers of maths to meet, to collaborate and to share professional development. We meet regularly and the programme is a mixture of interactive discussion and speaker-led training events.

Content

In this meeting we will aim to demonstrate skills, trick and tips for Equation Editor in producing and editing mathematical notation in microsoft applications (especially Word, Powerpoint)

This event is suitable for those who have access to equation editor, and of particular use for those who have found it useful if frustrating.

The session leader is Ben Sparks.

Materials and Equipment

We will be using Zoom and delegates will need an internet connected computer, preferably with a microphone.

Please have word and powerpoint available and equation editor as a facility on each.
