Yorkshire & Humber Teacher Network Meeting

Using Desmos

Overview

This network meeting will give you an opportunity to discuss how the term has gone for us all, and identify what support or resources we may need. There will also be a chance for you to share your own good ideas and resources, if you wish.

Tom Button (@mathstechnology) is attending remotely, to talk about the use of Desmos and demonstrate their extensive set of pre-made classroom activities that you can use with students. These can be an invaluable learning tool both face to face and when delivering lessons via remote learning. He will also show how you can edit or create your own activities.

Who will benefit from attending?

This teacher network meeting is for mathematics teachers who teach GCSE and/or A Level at schools and colleges.
