Ranelagh Teacher Network

Getting Students Thinking after Lockdown

Ranelagh Teacher Network is an AMSP-funded project, allowing teachers of 11-16 and A level Mathematics to meet, collaborate and to share best practice. We meet termly and the programme is planned by teacher request. The meetings will be a mixture of formal and informal training events

How do you get your students thinking and sharing ideas in lessons?

In this network meeting teachers will be sharing how they use Goal Free Problem solving, Underground Maths, question variation and other resources/ideas they've used to get students thinking.

Please be prepared to share your own ideas/resources you use for getting students thinking.

The intention is to use collaboration to improve our practice in this area.

Apply either by emailing Linda Cunningham [email protected] or using the online Form.

A link will be sent out at 4pm on the day to enable joining with the view to starting the meeting at 4:15pm
