(SW4 AMSP Area) Gloucestershire, Bristol & Bath, Swindon & North Wilts Online Network

Maths In Lockdown - sharing experiences

This network meeting will offer an opportunity to share our experiences of the successes and challenges of teaching mathematics since schools closed their doors.

There will be a chance to discuss:

  • The technology
  • The pedagogy
  • Some maths

You will also be able to hear from others about how they are motivating their students, tracking progress and managing expectations. In addition it would be good to hear of any positive stories – which skills and ideas have you developed whilst working remotely from your students that you will continue to use once you return to the classroom?

Joining instructions for the online meeting will be sent out shortly before the event.

Materials and Equipment

You will need a computer and a microphone and quiet corner to participate from.
