A level Mechanics Professional Development Day



 Course aims:

  • To strengthen teachers understanding of the central concepts of Mechanics; Forces, vectors, Kinematics and Newton’s Laws
  • To develop these major topics for teaching A level
  • To demonstrate teaching ideas and resources including simple practical work and Technology
  • To provide hints for preparing students to answer mechanics questions

Who will benefit from attending?

This course is suitable for teachers who are teaching or have taught Mechanics as part of AS Mathematics or have taught M1 on the legacy specification.  It is a FREE event for all state school teachers.
