Croydon Teacher Network

Building confidence in problem-solving for GCSE and A level students

Croydon Teacher Network is a collaboration between Trinity School and the AMSP which encourages KS3, KS4 and KS5 maths teachers to get together to discuss issues and and share best practice. We meet every half-term, with the programme being decided by the teachers attending the sesions. We have a variety of different activities, including speaker-led training events and sessions where teachers present their resources.

During this session we will explore how to build our students' confidence in attempting the more open, problem-solving style of question at both GCSE and A level. We will be providing questions to get us started, but we would love people to bring their best questions along!

It would help with planning catering if you could complete the registration form if you intend to come, but you are very welcome to come even if you don't book.
