Teaching A Level Maths Year 2: Pure

London

Overview

A day of dynamic Professional Development aimed at deepening and diversifying your delivery of the material on the Year 2 Pure maths course (single maths not further maths). The day wil focus on the big themes of the Year 2 Pure Maths course, and how to teach them in ways that are both engaging and rigorous.

The array of resources used and discussed during the day will be shared.

Who will benefit from attending?

It will be assumed that teachers attending the course are familiar with the content of the Year 1 Pure Single Maths course.

The course is aimed at both teachers who are new to the Year 2 Pure Maths course (ie may be teaching it for the first time) and those who wish to develop their delivery of a course with which they are already familiar.
