Overview

The Northumberland Maths Grid Teacher Network is an AMSP-funded project, allowing teachers of KS3, KS4 and KS5 maths to meet, collaborate and  share best practice. We meet termly and the programme is mainly speaker-led training events and may include informal sessions

Content

1. We will have a review of the summer 2019 exams with a representative from AQA

 

2. A look at modelling at A level and a reflection/discussion of the Edexcel summer exams

 

3. Use of the Classwhizz or similar calculator at GCSE and A level

 

4. A Maths activity

Materials and Equipment

It would be useful to bring a classwhizz calculator if you have one. We will bring spares.
