A level Mechanics Professional Development Day



  • To introduce the major topics within Mechanics at AS and A level Mathematics
  • To strengthen teachers' understanding of the key topics in the AS level specifications
  • To demonstrate teaching ideas and resources including simple practical work and use of technology
  • To provide a basis of understanding of Newtons Laws of Motion, forces and kinematics for teachers to build upon

Who will benefit from attending?

This course is suitable for teachers who are new to teaching Mechanics or have taught M1 on the legacy specification.  This event is FREE for all state school teachers.
