6th Form Problem Solving Workshops



This series of workshops aims to develop the mathematical thinking of all A level Mathematics students and will be particularly beneficial to those students aiming to take MAT, TMUA, STEP or AEA exams.


  • To develop students' problem-solving skills
  • To increase awareness of MAT, STEP, TMUA and AEA
  • To provide opportunities for students to work with students from other schools


All sessions will take place on Wednesdays, 4.15 - 6pm

Other Information

The 'Apply' button will allow you to register a students' interest in attending the course. You and the student will receive an email when the place is confirmed.

Both teacher and student information is needed on the form (so it is easiest to complete with both people present).


All students who apply to take the course must be recommended by a teacher.

A maximum of five students may be recommended per school.


Places are free, but are limited, so we do expect students to commit to attending the whole course.
