Women in Maths and Engineering

A whole day enrichment event aimed for students with a possible interest in continuing with Mathematics post-16. This day is aimed primarily at girls in Years 10 (but boys are welcome too) to inspire them mathematically and to broaden their awareness of where maths and maths related disciplines could lead post GCSE.

Students who may not be considering studying Mathematics because of a lack of confidence are also welcome.

This event is also suitable for potential Core Maths and Engineering students (students who don’t want to necessarily continue with A-level Maths).
