An engaging day focused on raising awareness of the increasingly popular Core Maths qualifications. 

Aims

  • To provide teachers with an opportunity to explore the differences and similarities in teaching and learning between Core Maths and other maths courses.
  • To give information about the different specifications and forms of assessment.
  • To look at how Core Maths can be incorporated and developed within your department.

Who will benefit from attending?

This course is suitable for anyone who is already teaching Core Maths this academic year, or for teachers who are interested in finding out more prior to teaching Core Maths.

Cost

State-funded schools, colleges and academies can apply to this course for free.
